Food was good but a unhappy family two tables away nearly caused us to leave. Loud and obnoxious smh. They should have gave us a discount due to the B.S. we had to listen to.

We have been going here for years for my birthday and sometimes Mother's Day (but only if I've been good). I love it. Delicious food and super nice waitstaff.

Good spot for drinks and free chips. Service was good and food came out quick.The food however... Buritto was cold and chicken tasted like it was from a can. Combo platter also tasted like it was from can.

You can get the Tex-Mex standards here, but there are so many other inventive dishes on the menu! The salsa bar is a trip! The food was delicious and well-priced, and the service was good. I had their take on BBQ ribs - I cleaned my plate. Tucked away in a small strip mall, it's a hidden gem.

Been in business for 25+ years and they have the recipe for success. Food is superbly seasoned. Burritos are perfect large size. The pork burrito is a must!! Everything on the menu is amazing. Been coming here over 15 years and it still amazes every single time. The salsa bar is made fresh daily. Service is impeccable. A must when going to West Haven.

Good food, good service . Margaritas were perfect!! We had with just lime juice no sour mix. The salsa bar is fantastic!! The selections were perfect it's nice to choose your own some like spicy some not so works out perfect. We had tacos and enchiladas delicious.

Service is always spot on. Authentic Mexican food. Bottomless chips and the only place I know in the state with a salsa bar, it's incredible! Great margaritas (they will make a skinny version for you). Casual atmosphere. Plenty of parking.

Great food! Corn chips were delicious! Ordered a 16 dollar massive taco. However, they added 2 dollars for a guacamole that was included in what I ordered. If I had known this ahead of time, I wouldn't have ordered it. Besides that, good experience and service

Went here for the first time a few weeks ago, just because we were shopping in the area. We absolutely loved it - delicious authentic food, nice variety, friendly service, and quite affordable too. ($40 for generous dinner for 2, including tip.) It was pretty busy when we were there, but our waitress was very friendly and attentive even though we could tell she had a lot to do. Will definitely be back!

Bajas has been here for 25 years and the quality has never faltered. Salsa bar has only gotten better offering a huge variety of salsas and toppings. Highlights for me are fish tacos, never fishy always delicious! Margaritas are on point.

The food was only ok. The beef in the fajitas was tough. The unfortunate fact is they are right next to a tire shop, therefore, as soon you walk in all you can smell is the rubber; it killed all the appetite I had walking in...

The Good- My favorite restaurant! The salsa bar separates it from the rest! The food is very good and always ready promptly, and for a sit down restaurant, it has very good hours. Good portion sizeThe bad- A bit pricey, at times a bit understaffed, and food at times can be a bit over greasy.The verdict- I've been coming here since I was very young and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. The good outweighs the bad by far in my book

Overpriced. $16 just for a vegan burrito that is not even flavorful. I've had better tasting burritos from other places for cheaper or with more food at that price (rice, chips and salsa).

Great authentic food with plethora of home made salsas pickled veggies to accompany your meal.I always have their burritos especially with the mole' sauce ....recommended you try this place at least once ....

The outside doesn’t even look that nice , inside is worst , smells really bad , no A/C and no lighting . They didn’t even ask what do we want to drink in the beginning .Food taste bad . Looks very dirty inside . I don’t know what people find nice about this place !? Anyway I won’t be coming here again .

Excellent authentic Mexican food, fresh and delicious. Have been enjoying this place for the last 25 years and it never fails to satisfy my craving for outstanding Pacific Mexican. Only 4 stars because while the wait staff is great and the food superb this place is nothing to look at. However the drinks are more than honest and the tab is always reasonable. Don't hesitate on this place just jump right in if you can find a seat and enjoy!

Great experience. The food was great and was in large quantities. The salsa bar was inventive and had good options. The portions were large enough to give us a good meal and plenty to take out.
